Are you an experienced Loan Sales professional who knows how to build, manage and drive a sales team?

We are looking for an ambitious & result-oriented Team Leader – Loan Sales to join our growing team and take ownership of team performance, sales targets and business growth.

If you have experience in Personal Loans, Business Loans, OD/Working Capital, Banking, NBFC or DSA sales, this opportunity is for you!

? WHAT YOU'LL DO

?Lead, mentor and motivate a team of Loan Sales Executives

? Set and achieve daily, weekly & monthly sales targets

? Manage the complete sales cycle — Lead → Login → Approval → Disbursement

? Allocate leads and ensure timely follow-ups

? Monitor team calling, productivity, conversions and disbursements

? Train team members on product knowledge, pitching & objection handling

? Help executives close challenging customer cases

? Coordinate with Banks, NBFCs, Credit & Operations teams

? Identify the right lender based on customer profile and eligibility

? Prepare and monitor daily/weekly/monthly sales MIS

? Drive team performance and improve conversion ratios

? Participate in recruitment, onboarding and training of new team members

? Take ownership of monthly team revenue and disbursement targets

✅ Experienced in Loan / Banking / NBFC / DSA Sales

✅ Comfortable handling and motivating a sales team

✅ Highly target-oriented and commercially driven

✅ Solid in customer communication & negotiation

✅ Good at lead conversion and follow-up management

✅ Capable of working in a fast-paced sales environment

✅ Familiar with loan eligibility, documentation and lending processes

✅ Comfortable with Excel / Google Sheets / Sales MIS

⭐ PREFERRED EXPERIENCECandidates with experience in:
