ITS AN AESTHETIC CLINIC that deals in all the cosmetic/ aesthetic surgical and non surgical procedures.

We are seeking an energetic, empathetic, and target-driven Aesthetic Clinic Sales Counselor & Caller. In this role, you will be responsible for converting digital leads into walk-ins and counseling existing in-clinic patients for advanced aesthetic and clinical procedures.

​Key Responsibilities:

​Lead Conversion: Call incoming digital leads (Meta / Google Ads) promptly, address inquiries, and convert them into confirmed clinic appointments.

​In-Clinic Patient Counseling: Understand patient needs and counsel them on suitable aesthetic, skin, and advanced cosmetic procedures.

​Cross-Selling & Upselling: Guide existing patients visiting the clinic towards additional relevant treatments and maintenance packages.

​Follow-Ups:



Maintain regular follow-ups with potential patients to ensure high conversion rates.

​Patient Relationship Management: Build robust trust and long-term rapport with patients to deliver a premium clinic experience.

​Key Requirements:

​Prior experience in telesales, lead conversion, or patient counseling within a Cosmetic/Dermatology Clinic, Wellness Center, or Healthcare setup.

​Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.

​Strong persuasive, active listening, and consultative sales skills.

​Basic computer skills (CRM / Excel lead tracking).
