? Job PurposeThe Telecaller will be responsible for contacting customers, understanding their travel/visa requirements, explaining suitable visa filing and travel services, answering basic customer queries, generating leads, following up with interested customers, and supporting the sales team in converting enquiries into customers.

- ? Key Responsibilities? Make outbound calls to potential customers and respond to incoming enquiries.
- ? Understand the customer's requirement — Tourist Visa, Business Visa, Student Visa, Work Visa, Job/Employment-related services, etc.
- ? Explain the visa process, documentation requirements, estimated processing timelines, service charges and other applicable requirements clearly.
- ?️ Handle customer questions professionally and provide accurate information based on company-approved procedures.
- ? Follow up with leads through phone calls and WhatsApp.




- ? Convert genuine enquiries into customers and achieve monthly sales targets.
- ? Maintain customer information, enquiry status and follow-up records.
- ? Coordinate with the Visa Processing / Documentation / Sales team for customer requirements.
- ? Inform customers about new visa opportunities, travel packages and recruitment/job-related openings promoted by the company.
- ? Do not make false promises regarding visa approval, employment, salary or immigration decisions.
- ? Submit daily call and follow-up reports to the reporting manager.
- ?‍? Candidate RequirementsGood English and Telugu communication skills.
- Hindi is an added advantage.
- Positive telephone etiquette and customer-handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / Excel / WhatsApp.
- Sales or telecalling experience is preferred, but freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
- Positive attitude and willingness to achieve targets.
- Ability to handle customer objections and follow up consistently.
