We are hiring a smart, multi-talented Delivery Executive cum Receptionist for a Pizza QSR in Patrakar Colony. This is a unique, dynamic role where you will be the face of the outlet—managing the reception and billing counter during peak dine-in hours and stepping out to handle local home deliveries when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

- Reception & Customer Handling: Welcome walk-in customers with a warm attitude, answer phone calls, and assist guests with the menu.
- POS Billing & Orders: Operate the computer billing system (POS), punch in orders accurately, collect payments, and manage cash/UPI registries.
- Order Management: Monitor incoming online orders from Swiggy and Zomato, coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure pizzas are prepared on time, and pack orders securely.




- Local Deliveries: Deliver hot pizzas directly to customers within the Patrakar Colony and Mansarovar area safely and on time when required.

What We Are Looking For:

- Valid two-wheeler driving license, clean driving record, and an android smartphone.
- Basic computer literacy to comfortably operate the POS billing screen and delivery dashboards.
- Polite, well-spoken in Hindi, and a qualified appearance as you will be interacting directly with our dine-in customers.
- High energy, punctuality, and a strong sense of teamwork.
