About the RoleWe are looking for an energetic and customer-focused F&B; Associate to support the smooth day-to-day operations of the Namaste Chai outlet and deliver a positive customer experience.
- Key ResponsibilitiesGreet customers and provide friendly, efficient service.
- Take and accurately process customer orders.
- Prepare and serve beverages and food items as per company standards.
- Maintain quality, hygiene and food-safety standards at all times.
- Handle POS billing and cash/card/UPI transactions accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness of the counter, dining area and work station.
- Assist with stock receiving, storage and basic inventory checks.
- Follow standard recipes, portion control and operational procedures.
- Ensure timely service and resolve basic customer queries professionally.
- Support opening and closing activities of the outlet.
- Report stock shortages,
equipment issues and operational concerns to the supervisor.
- Work effectively as part of the outlet team during peak hours.

- Desired Candidate Profile0–2 years of F&B;, QSR, café or retail experience preferred.
- Freshers with the right attitude may also apply.

- Energetic, presentable and willing to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable working in shifts, weekends and holidays.
- Basic understanding of English/Hindi; knowledge of Konkani is an advantage.
- Positive attitude, discipline and willingness to learn.
