Position: Female Telecaller / Customer Relationship Executive

Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Location: Mumbai / Mira-Bhayander

About the Role

TruePrime Realty is looking for a confident, well-presented, and enthusiastic female candidate to join our team as a Telecaller. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to build positive relationships with prospective customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective clients and property buyers.
- Explain property details, offers, and available real estate projects.
- Generate leads and schedule site visits for interested customers.
- Follow up with prospective buyers through calls and WhatsApp.
- Maintain customer databases and update lead information in the CRM.




- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth customer communication.
- Build strong relationships with clients and provide a professional customer experience.

Candidate Requirements

- Female candidates with a confident and presentable personality.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Marathi communication skills will be an added advantage.
- Pleasant phone etiquette and a professional approach.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with WhatsApp.
- Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.
- Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or real estate will be an advantage.
