About the RoleCelsol manufactures Sodium CMC and PAC. CMC is a versatile product: it is used as an excipient in pharmaceuticals, as an ingredient in food, and in industrial applications such as paints, coatings, paper coating and ceramics. The Business Development Executive will generate leads, build relationships with B2B customers across these industries, and meet assigned sales targets across domestic markets.

- ResponsibilitiesIdentify and approach prospective customers in the pharma, food and chemical industries
- Follow up on leads and enquiries through calls, emails, WhatsApp and in-person meetings
- Visit customers and prospects across regions to present products and close orders
- Share product information, technical datasheets and quotations
- Maintain lead and follow-up records in the company CRM/tracker




- Coordinate with the quality and operations teams on samples, specifications and dispatches
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Report pipeline status and customer feedback regularly
- RequirementsDegree in any discipline (science, chemistry or engineering background is a plus)
- Positive spoken and written English and Hindi (Telugu is an added advantage)
- Willingness to travel frequently, including to other states
- Comfortable with MS Office, email and basic CRM tools
- Preferred ExperiencePrevious experience in pharmaceutical marketing or chemical sales
- Existing contacts with pharma, food or chemical buyers
- Freshers with strong aptitude and drive may also apply
