Job Description

NDMIT is looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Guest Trainer with strong hands-on expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads to deliver practical, industry-oriented training.

- Key ResponsibilitiesConduct practical training on Google Ads & Meta Ads from basic to advanced levels.
- Teach end-to-end campaign setup, including account setup, campaign structure, objectives, targeting, budgeting, bidding, ad creation, and launch.
- Train students on Google Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max, Meta Lead, Sales, Traffic, Awareness, and Retargeting campaigns.
- Teach keyword research, audience targeting, ad copy, creative strategy, A/B testing, and campaign optimization.
- Explain and demonstrate GA4, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads Conversion Tracking, Meta Pixel, Events Manager, and UTM tracking.
- Train students to analyze CTR, CPC, CPM, CPA, CPL, Conversion Rate, ROAS, and other KPIs.
- Conduct live campaign demonstrations, case studies, practical assignments, and troubleshooting sessions.




- Teach students how to monitor, optimize, scale, and report campaign performance.
- Requirements1+ years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing.
- Strong expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Practical knowledge of GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel, and conversion tracking.
- Experience managing real campaigns and budgets.
- Excellent communication and training skills.
- Prior training/mentoring experience is an added advantage.

Training ExpectationsThe trainer should focus on 80% practical learning and 20% theory, including:
