Job Title: AccountantJob Summary:

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting and financial activities of the organization. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, handling transactions, preparing reports, and supporting overall office operations.

- Key Responsibilities:Maintain daily accounting records, vouchers, invoices, and financial documents.
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Record sales, purchases, receipts, payments, and other financial transactions.
- Prepare and maintain invoices, bills, expense statements, and payment records.
- Perform bank reconciliation and maintain cash and bank records.
- Manage petty cash and day-to-day office expenses.
- Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance requirements.
- Prepare monthly financial reports and statements.
- Coordinate with vendors, customers, banks, and other stakeholders regarding payments and accounts.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.




- Monitor outstanding payments and follow up with customers/vendors when required.
- Support management with accounting data, reports, and financial information.
- Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and timely completion of accounting activities.
- Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field.
- 1–5 years of experience in accounting preferred.
- Positive knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software such as Tally.
- Basic understanding of GST, TDS, invoicing, and taxation.
- Strong attention to detail and numerical skills.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple accounting tasks independently.
