Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller – Recovery to handle customer calls and follow up on outstanding payments.

The ideal candidate should have valuable communication skills, a professional approach, and the ability to handle customers politely while achieving recovery targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to customers regarding pending or overdue payments.
- Follow up with customers and remind them about payment due dates.
- Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate payment-related information.
- Negotiate suitable payment arrangements within company policies.
- Maintain accurate records of customer calls, commitments, and payment status.
- Follow up on promised payments and ensure timely collection.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly recovery targets.
- Handle customer objections and complaints professionally.
- Escalate difficult or unresolved cases to the supervisor/concerned department.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information.
- Prepare regular reports on collection activities and recovery performance.
