**Job Title: Senior Accounts Manager**

**Job Description:**

D M B Sweets Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced **Senior Accounts Manager** to manage the company’s complete accounting, financial reporting, compliance, and control functions.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Manage day-to-day accounting, financial records, and reporting.

* Handle **company P&L;, balance sheet, cash flow, and financial analysis**.

* Prepare and review **monthly P&L; for each individual business unit/store**.

* Prepare consolidated monthly financial reports for management.

* Lead and supervise a team of **Junior Accountants**.

* Conduct and monitor **monthly physical stock-taking** and ensure proper reconciliation of stock records with book/ERP records.

* Analyze stock variances, wastage, shortages, and discrepancies and report them to management.

* Ensure complete **government and statutory compliance**, including GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESIC, and other applicable compliances.

* Manage GST returns, reconciliations, audits, and tax-related documentation.

* Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

* Monitor expenses, payments, receivables, payables, and overall financial controls.

* Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks,



and government authorities.

* Ensure accurate and timely monthly closing of accounts.

* Monitor financial performance of individual units and highlight areas of **profitability, cost control, and financial risk**.

* Support management with financial analysis and business decision-making.

* Establish proper accounting and internal control systems across all units.

**Requirements:**

* Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance; **CA/CA Inter preferred**.

* **5+ years of relevant experience** in accounting and finance.

* Strong knowledge of **GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESIC, and statutory compliances**.

* Hands-on experience in managing **P&L;, balance sheets, and financial statements**.

* Experience in preparing **unit-wise/monthly P&L; reports**.

* Experience in **stock reconciliation and monthly physical stock-taking**.

* Experience in **team handling and mentoring junior accountants**.

* Strong knowledge of accounting software/ERP and MS Excel.

* Robust analytical, leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

* Experience in **food, sweets, FMCG, retail, or multi-unit businesses** will be preferred.
