Miracle Corporation, a growing electrical and cable solutions company, is looking for a Telecaller / Inside Sales Executive to join our sales team.

The candidate will be responsible for contacting existing and prospective customers, generating enquiries, following up on quotations and supporting the sales team in converting enquiries into orders

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to existing and new customers.
- Follow up on enquiries, quotations and pending orders.
- Generate new business opportunities through telecalling.
- Maintain regular follow-up with customers and update enquiry status.
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the sales team for quotations.
- Follow up for PO confirmation and dispatch.
- Maintain daily call and follow-up reports.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Reconnect with old/inactive customers and generate repeat business.
- Coordinate with the sales and purchase teams whenever required.
