Restaurant Staff – Momo Mori | Kuremal’s × Khomchevala

We are hiring a versatile Restaurant Staff member for our outlet at Dwarka Mor, Delhi.

Preferred: Nepali Chef / Restaurant Staff with experience in momos, Indo-Chinese food, beverages and customer handling.

- Responsibilities:Prepare Momo Mori menu items including steamed, fried & jhol momos and basic Indo-Chinese dishes.
- Prepare mocktails, mojitos, shikanji, soda-based beverages and other basic drinks.
- Assist with Old Delhi Chaat preparation such as gol gappe, chaat, dahi-based chaat and related items.
- Handle billing/POS software and cash/card/UPI payments.
- Manage customer orders and client handling professionally.
- Maintain kitchen/counter hygiene, food quality and cleanliness.
- Assist in daily restaurant operations and maintain consistency in taste and presentation.




- Candidate Preference:Nepali candidates preferred, especially those with momo/Indo-Chinese experience.
- Previous experience in a restaurant, café, QSR or food outlet preferred.
- Should be able to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities.
- Good communication and customer-service skills.
- Basic knowledge of billing/POS software is preferred.
- Freshers may be considered if they have good cooking skills and willingness to learn.

Location: Dwarka Mor, Delhi

Job Type: Full time

Salary: ₹15,000–₹25,000/month (depending on experience and skills)
