We build residential apartments in Jigani, Bangalore, and hire for our ongoing and upcoming projects. We are seeking a dependable, hands-on Electrician for the site. Reporting to our Site Supervisor (Electrical, Plumbing, Finishes), you will primarily install PVC/GI conduits, pull and dress wiring, and complete terminations to switches, sockets, MCBs, RCCBs, and distribution boards; the civil supervisor checks the work before it is covered. The ideal candidate brings solid practical skills with tools, neat workmanship, and a solid safety mindset. Engineering design decisions (wire sizes, color coding, quantities) will be provided; your focus will be high-quality installation and timely completion. Minimum 3 years of on-site experience in residential building wiring, conduit laying, and terminations.

What you will do:

Install surface and concealed PVC/GI conduits, junction boxes, bends, and accessories as per layout.

Measure, cut, bend, and thread conduits; fix saddles, clamps, and supports at proper spacing.

Pull, route, and dress wires/cables through conduits/cable trays using fish tape/nylon rope and lubricant where required.

Strip insulation, crimp lugs and ferrules, and terminate wiring to switches, sockets, fixtures, MCBs, RCCBs, and within DBs as instructed.

Assemble and mount distribution boards; install and align MCBs/RCCBs; dress busbars and wiring neatly.

Perform basic electrical checks (continuity,



polarity, connections); assist in insulation resistance testing and fault rectification.

Execute earthing/bonding connections; support installation of earth pits and grounding as directed.

Follow provided standards for wire sizing and color coding; label circuits and maintain neat numbering/ferruling.

Carry out chipping/chasing for concealed conduits and boxes; patch-up and housekeeping after work.

Coordinate with civil/HVAC/plumbing teams to avoid service clashes; mark routes and openings accurately.

Maintain and care for tools; monitor material usage and report shortages or damage promptly.

Adhere to safety procedures (PPE, ladder/scaffold safety, basic lockout-tagout practices) and ensure a clean, safe work area.

Keep daily progress updates and support testing, commissioning, and punch-list closure.

Guide helpers/junior technicians as needed to maintain productivity and quality.

Fix boxes and points at our standard heights, measured from the metre mark / finished floor level, as marked by the supervisor

Photograph each run of conduits and boxes before it is covered, and record test results the same day; the supervisor enters them in our site app

Work: Monday to Saturday, 9 am to 6 pm. Experience: 3+ years on residential buildings.
