- Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complete technical operations and maintenance of the high-rise society.
- Robust technical knowledge of STP, WTP, Fire Fighting & Fire Alarm Systems, Lifts, Transformers, DG Sets, HT/LT Panels, Pumps, Plumbing and other MEP systems.
- Ensure preventive maintenance and timely resolution of technical breakdowns.
- Manage and supervise technical manpower, vendors, and AMC contractors.
- Ensure statutory, safety, fire, electrical and environmental compliance.
- Maintain technical records, maintenance schedules, inspection reports and compliance documentation.
- Coordinate with clients/RWA and handle technical complaints and emergencies.
- Ensure smooth, safe and uninterrupted operation of all technical services.
- Qualification & Skills:
- B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
- Good knowledge of facility operations, statutory compliance, safety standards, team management and troubleshooting.
