Hiring: Enterprise Sales Manager – CPaaS

FirstConnectt Communications Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Enterprise Sales Manager to drive business growth through customized CPaaS and cloud communication solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Acquire and manage enterprise clients across BFSI, fintech, e-commerce, healthcare, retail, logistics, and EdTech.

Sell CPaaS solutions including WhatsApp Business API, Bulk SMS, Voice & IVR, RCS, Email APIs, Chatbots, and Omnichannel Platforms.

Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure.

Engage with CXOs, CTOs, CMOs, and other key decision-makers.

Achieve revenue targets, maintain sales pipelines, and manage CRM records.

Requirements

4–6 years of experience in enterprise/B2B sales.

Experience in CPaaS, SaaS, telecom, cloud communication, or messaging solutions.

Strong consultative selling, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Zoho, or HubSpot.

Excellent English communication skills
