- Manage complete dark store operations
- Lead and manage the store team
- Monitor picking, packing, inventory and dispatch
- Drive productivity, quality and customer experience
- Manage attendance, manpower and shift planning
- Ensure process compliance, safety and hygiene
- Handle daily reports, audits and operational issues
Candidate Profile:
- Previous Store Manager / Operations experience preferred
- Solid team-management and communication skills
- Knowledge of inventory and dark-store operations
- Ready to work in a fast-paced environment
