We’re looking for a friendly, organised and confident Female Receptionist cum Telecaller to welcome clients and support the day-to-day operations of our studios.

- ResponsibilitiesWelcome clients, answer questions and manage walk-ins.
- Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp messages and enquiries.
- Call prospective and existing clients to share information, follow up on leads and confirm appointments.
- Schedule and coordinate photo-session bookings.
- Maintain client details, booking records and daily enquiry updates.
- Coordinate with the photography team to help ensure a smooth client experience.
- Keep the reception area organised and skilled.




- RequirementsGood communication skills in English and Telugu; Hindi is a plus.
- Friendly, polite and comfortable speaking with clients over the phone.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with WhatsApp.
- Organised, punctual and able to manage multiple enquiries.
- Prior experience in reception, customer service or telecalling is preferred, but enthusiastic freshers may apply.
