Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
Connect with potential customers and understand their requirements
Explain insurance products, benefits, and plans clearly
Generate sales through effective communication and follow-ups
Achieve assigned sales targets
Eligibility
Minimum 12th pass
Fluent in Kannada (mandatory) and English
Valuable communication and persuasion skills
Freshers can apply; telesales/sales experience preferred
Insurance sales experience is an added advantage
Salary & Benefits
Freshers: Up to ₹25,000 CTC (based on communication skills)
Experienced: Up to ₹30,000 CTC
