Innov is hiring Examination Invigilators for TCS-conducted. Selected candidates will be deployed at exam centers to manage and monitor examination processes.
?️ Key Responsibilities
- Supervise candidates during examinations
- Ensure smooth and fair conduct of exams as per guidelines
- Verify candidate identity and documentation
- Maintain discipline and exam protocols at the center
- Coordinate with center authorities and report any discrepancies
Eligibility & Documents Required (Soft Copies)
1. ID Proof – PAN Card / Driving License / Voter ID / Passport
2. PAN Card (Mandatory)
3. Address Proof
- Permanent: Aadhaar Card
- Temporary (if different): Rental Agreement / Electricity Bill / Phone Bill / WiFi Bill / Water Bill
- Fill the application form
- Application screening
- Background Verification (BGV)
- Biometric Attendance Registration (guided by team)
- Final deployment for examination assignments
Significant Note
- No fees will be charged at any stage of the process
- Beware of fraud calls asking for payment
⏰ Shift Timings (Approx.)
- Morning: 6:00 AM – 11:30 AM
- Mid: 11:30 AM – 3:00 PM
- Afternoon: 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM
- Mock Shift: 6:00 PM – 7:00 PM
Candidates assigned shifts must be willing to complete all allotted shifts in a day
