About the Role: We are looking for a dedicated, sincere, and target-oriented Telecalling Executive to join our growing team. The role involves connecting with potential customers, understanding their requirements, following up with leads, and converting qualified leads into sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential customers from the provided database.
- Understand customer requirements and explain our products/services clearly.
- Follow up regularly with interested leads.
- Convert qualified leads into successful sales.
- Maintain proper records of calls, follow-ups, and lead status.
- Coordinate with the internal team for smooth lead handling and sales closure.
- Achieve assigned sales and conversion targets.
- Maintain professionalism and positive communication with customers.

Requirements

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Tamil and English communication skills preferred.
- Previous experience in telecalling, sales, customer support, or business development will be an advantage.
- Should be dedicated, sincere, responsible,



and self-motivated.
- Ability to handle follow-ups and work towards sales targets.
- Basic knowledge of computers and Excel/Google Sheets is preferred.
