- Key ResponsibilitiesPerform professional spa, body, and wellness treatments as per established standards.
- Conduct guest consultations to understand preferences and treatment requirements.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, grooming, cleanliness, and sanitation.
- Ensure proper preparation and maintenance of treatment rooms and spa equipment.
- Recommend suitable treatments and wellness services to guests.
- Handle guests professionally while ensuring privacy, comfort,
and safety.
- Maintain treatment records and report any concerns to the Spa Manager.
- Ensure proper usage and stock of spa products and supplies.
- Follow all hotel and spa SOPs and service standards.
- Candidate ProfileCertification/Diploma in Spa Therapy, Massage Therapy, Beauty & Wellness, or a related field.
- Prior experience in a hotel, resort, luxury spa, or wellness centre preferred.
- Good knowledge of various massage and spa therapies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Pleasant personality with solid grooming and hygiene standards.
- Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Female candidates preferred for this position.
