- Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day salon operations efficiently.
- Supervise and coordinate hairstylists, beauticians, and support staff
- Ensure high standards of customer service and client satisfaction
- Handle client appointments, walk-ins, and complaints professionally
- Monitor staff performance and provide training and guidance
