Job Title: Admission Counselor

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and professional Admission Counselor to guide prospective students and parents through the admission process. The candidate will be responsible for counseling, lead follow-ups, converting inquiries into admissions, and maintaining strong relationships with students and parents.

Key Responsibilities:

- Counsel students and parents regarding courses, programs, eligibility, fees, and admission procedures.
- Handle incoming inquiries through calls, messages, and walk-ins.
- Follow up with prospective students and maintain regular communication.
- Convert leads and inquiries into successful admissions.
- Understand students' educational goals and recommend suitable courses.
- Explain course details, career opportunities, and institute facilities.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups,



and admissions.
- Coordinate with the academic and administration teams for the admission process.
- Meet assigned admission and conversion targets.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve student/parent queries.
- Participate in seminars, education fairs, and promotional activities when required.

Requirements:

- Graduate degree in any discipline preferred.
- Prior experience in admissions, education counseling, telecalling, or sales is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Solid follow-up and customer-handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage.
- Target-oriented and able to work independently as well as in a team.
