HR MANAGER – RECRUITMENT & RETENTIONExperience: 5+ Years

We are looking for an experienced, hands-on HR Manager who can manage the complete employee lifecycle — Recruitment → Hiring → Onboarding → Performance → Retention → Exit.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end recruitment, especially sales hiring.
- Build and manage recruitment pipelines and hiring targets.
- Identify, interview and hire high-quality sales professionals.
- Implement HR policies, SOPs and compliance processes.
- Manage onboarding, employee engagement and performance management.
- Develop strategies to retain good employees and reduce attrition.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters and conflicts.
- Manage exit, notice period,



clearance and exit interviews.
- Track HR KPIs including hiring, joining, attrition and retention.
- Work closely with management and sales leaders to build a stable, accountable and high-performing team.

Ideal Candidate:

- 5+ years of practical HR experience.
- Strong sales recruitment and retention experience.
- Excellent communication and people-management skills.
- Robust knowledge of HR policies, processes and employee lifecycle.
- Proactive, firm, fair and highly accountable.

We need an HR leader who can build people — not just manage HR paperwork.
