- Explain product details, gold purity, weight, making charges, offers and schemes.
- Handle billing, customer follow-ups and sales enquiries.
- Maintain showroom presentation and jewellery displays.
- Build positive customer relationships and encourage repeat business.
- Achieve individual and showroom sales targets.
- Follow company policies for jewellery handling, security and customer service.

Requirements:

- Good communication and customer-service skills.
- Presentable, polite and confident personality.
