1. Field Sales Executive

Experience: 0–1 year preferred; freshers can apply.

Responsible for acquiring recent merchants and promoting Paytm products.

Conduct field visits and generate leads within the assigned area.

Onboard merchants and explain Paytm products and services.

Achieve assigned sales and onboarding targets.

2-wheeler is mandatory.

2. Senior Sales Executive

Experience in sales/business development preferred.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsible for merchant acquisition and product sales.

Manage assigned territory and achieve monthly sales targets.

Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants.

3. Group Leader

Experience in team handling and sales management preferred.

Lead, guide, and motivate the field sales team.

Monitor team performance and ensure achievement of targets.

Support team members in merchant acquisition and product onboarding.

Conduct regular field reviews and provide performance feedback.

Qualification: 10+2 / Intermediate and above
