Job SummaryWe are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Sales Executive for a mobile retail store. The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, explaining mobile phones and accessories, achieving sales targets, and providing excellent customer service.

- Key ResponsibilitiesAttend to customers and understand their mobile phone requirements.
- Demonstrate and explain the features, specifications, and benefits of smartphones.
- Recommend suitable mobile phones, accessories, and related products based on customer needs and budget.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Promote new launches, offers, discounts, EMI options, and exchange schemes.
- Upsell and cross-sell accessories such as earphones, chargers, cases, screen protectors, smartwatches, etc.
- Maintain proper product displays and ensure the showroom is neat and organized.
- Keep updated on the latest smartphones, brands, features, and pricing.




- Assist customers with basic product setup and post-sale queries.
- Coordinate with the billing and inventory teams for smooth sales transactions.
- Build positive relationships with customers and encourage repeat business.
- Candidate RequirementsEducation: 10th / 12th Pass / Diploma / Graduate.
- Experience: Freshers and candidates with mobile/retail sales experience can apply.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of smartphones and mobile accessories.
- Strong sales and convincing skills.
- Target-oriented and enthusiastic about retail sales.
- Willing to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays as per store requirements.
