Job OverviewWe are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting digital marketing activities, generating and following up on leads, handling customer calls, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

This role is suitable for freshers as well as candidates with up to 3 years of experience who are interested in building a career in digital marketing and customer engagement.

- Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and execute digital marketing activities across relevant online platforms.
- Manage social media pages and assist with creating and publishing engaging content.
- Support SEO, Google Ads, social media marketing, email marketing, and other digital campaigns.
- Generate, track, and follow up on leads through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other channels.
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate information about products/services.
- Follow up with potential customers and maintain regular communication.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to improve lead conversion.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare basic reports.
- Research competitors, market trends, and customer preferences.




- Assist in improving online presence, customer engagement, and lead generation.
- Perform other marketing and customer-support activities as required.
- RequirementsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- 0–3 years of experience in digital marketing, telecalling, customer support, sales, or a related field.
- Freshers with good communication skills and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
- Basic knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing concepts.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.
- Solid follow-up and customer-handling skills.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work as part of a team.
- Candidates should be comfortable working from the office.
- Preferred SkillsKnowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, Canva, Google Analytics, or social media marketing.
- Basic understanding of lead-generation and conversion processes.
