Job DescriptionWe are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Business Development Associate (BDA) to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, generating leads, understanding their career requirements, promoting our training programs, and converting qualified leads into enrollments.

- Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate and qualify leads through calls, WhatsApp, social media, and other channels.
- Contact prospective students and understand their career and learning requirements.
- Explain FlexCoders courses, training programs, and career opportunities.
- Conduct follow-ups with leads through calls and WhatsApp.
- Handle customer queries and objections professionally.
- Convert qualified leads into course enrollments.
- Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records in CRM/Google Sheets.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students.
- Coordinate with the training and marketing teams when required.




- Stay updated about FlexCoders courses, pricing, offers, and career opportunities.
- Provide regular updates on lead status and conversions to the reporting manager.
- Preferred SkillsExcellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
- Good interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
- Comfortable with calling and follow-ups.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Basic knowledge of Google Sheets / Excel / CRM.
- Ability to handle objections and convert leads.
- Good teamwork and time-management skills.
- Willingness to learn and grow in sales/business development.
