Job Description:-

- Visit customers at their residential and business addresses for loan EMI collection.
- Collect overdue/pending payments from customers as per assigned cases.
- Follow up with customers regarding EMI, overdue and settlement payments.
- Generate and follow up on PTP (Promise to Pay) cases.
- Handle Home Loan, Car Loan, Business Loan, Personal Loan and other loan accounts.
- Maintain daily visit and collection reports.
- Update customer status and payment details accurately.
- Coordinate with the office/telecalling team regarding customer cases.
- Achieve assigned daily/monthly collection targets.
- Maintain qualified behaviour while dealing with customers.

Candidate Requirements:-

- DRA & Non-DRA candidates both can apply.
- Experience in loan recovery/collection/field collection will be preferred.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Candidate should be comfortable travelling for customer visits.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
