Job Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and acquire recent customers for Home Loan products.
- Meet prospective customers through field visits and explain loan features and benefits.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, builders, brokers, and referral partners.
- Collect and verify customer documents required for loan processing.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth loan approval and disbursement.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and business objectives.
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the loan process.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 6 months to 2 years of sales experience (Home Loan, Mortgage, LAP, Banking, NBFC, BFSI preferred).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable with field sales activities.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
