Job Description – Telecaller (Loan Recovery & Collection)

- Make outbound calls to customers regarding pending loan EMIs and overdue payments.
- Follow up with customers and remind them about their due/overdue payments.
- Communicate professionally with customers and understand their payment-related concerns.
- Obtain PTP (Promise to Pay) and ensure timely follow-up.
- Maintain accurate customer and collection records using Microsoft Excel.
- Update daily calling, PTP, payment and follow-up reports in MS Excel.
- Coordinate with the field collection team for cases requiring physical visits.

Key Requirements:-

- Valuable communication skills in Hindi & Punjabi; basic English preferred.
- Basic to good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and computer operations is mandatory.
- Candidates with experience in tele calling, loan collection, recovery, banking, NBFC or BPO will be preferred.
- Ability to maintain daily reports and customer records accurately.
