Key Responsibilities

- Plan and deliver engaging, concept-based lessons aligned with the CBSE curriculum.

- Create an interactive, positive and disciplined classroom environment.

- Assess student learning and maintain accurate academic records.

- Identify learning gaps and provide appropriate remediation and individual support.

- Monitor students’ academic progress, behaviour, attendance and overall development.

- Encourage critical thinking, creativity, communication skills, values and responsible behaviour.

- Maintain effective communication with parents regarding students’ progress and development.

- Participate actively in assemblies, school events, clubs, competitions,



trips and co-curricular activities.

- Follow school policies, procedures, safety standards and professional expectations.

- Collaborate with colleagues and management in planning and implementing academic initiatives.

- Take responsibility for assigned duties and contribute to the smooth functioning of the school.

- Continuously develop professional knowledge, teaching practices and classroom strategies.

We Are Looking For

- Graduate/Postgraduate with B.Ed. or relevant teaching qualification.

- Robust subject knowledge and effective communication skills.

- Good classroom management and student-handling abilities.

- Positive attitude, professionalism, punctuality and accountability.

- Willingness to learn, adapt and work collaboratively.

- Genuine passion for teaching and developing young minds.

- CBSE school experience will be an advantage.
