About Us

Kingston Educational Institute runs colleges, a polytechnic, a school and Kingston General Hospital (110 beds) on its campus in Barasat. We are hiring Accountants to join our finance team.

Your Daily Work

• Record daily entries in Tally Prime (sales, purchases, receipts, payments, journals)

• Collect student fees, issue receipts and match collections with the bank daily

• Prepare bank reconciliation every month

• Check vendor bills against purchase orders and delivery, then process payments

• Keep vendor ledgers and student fee ledgers up to date





• Calculate and deduct TDS; help with GST returns and TDS returns

• Help with salary-related work: PF, ESI and Qualified Tax

• Handle petty cash and maintain proper vouchers

• Help with hospital billing records and insurance/TPA claim follow-up

• Prepare monthly reports for the Accounts Manager

• Keep files ready for audits

Who Can Apply

• Education: B.Com (M.Com or CA Inter is a plus)

• Experience: 2–5 years as an accountant

• Must know Tally Prime and MS Excel well

• Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, PF and ESI

• Experience in a school, college or hospital is a plus

• Bengali and basic English required

• Candidates living near Barasat, Madhyamgram or the North 24 Parganas area preferred
