We are looking for an O365 / Intune – Azure AD (L1) Engineer for our Lower Parel, Mumbai location. The candidate will be responsible for providing first-level support for Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, user accounts, endpoint devices, and related Microsoft services.

Experience: 2+ Years Qualification: Diploma – IT / Computer Engineering; BCA / B.Sc. / B.Tech

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide L1 support for Microsoft 365 / Office 365 services. • Support Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) user and group management. • Assist with Microsoft Intune device enrollment, configuration, and compliance. • Provide basic support for Exchange Online, Outlook, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive. • Manage user accounts, groups, licenses, and access as per defined procedures. • Support MFA and Conditional Access related issues. • Assist with device enrollment, endpoint management, and Windows Autopilot activities. • Provide basic Group Policy (GPO) support.



• Perform basic PowerShell commands/scripts for routine administration and troubleshooting. • Troubleshoot Outlook and Microsoft 365 application-related issues. • Support Microsoft 365 security-related activities as per standard procedures. • Handle incidents and service requests through the ITSM/ticketing system. • Assist with Microsoft 365 backup and recovery activities. • Troubleshoot issues, document resolutions, and escalate complex incidents to the L2 team. • Follow SLA, escalation, security, and compliance requirements.
