We are looking for a Civil Site Engineer to join our team. You will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations on the construction site, managing laborers, ensuring work matches the design drawings, and maintaining strict safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervision & Execution: Manage day-to-day site construction activities, layout lines, and direct sub-contractors and site labor.
- Drawing Interpretation: Accurately read and execute architectural, structural, and working drawings.
- Quality & Safety Control: Check reinforcement details (BBS), inspect the quality of raw materials (cement, steel, etc.), and enforce in office safety rules.
- Material Tracking: Plan daily material requirements to minimize wastage and update inventory reports.
