We are looking for a Business Development Executive to join our growing engineering and manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new customers, generating business opportunities, and developing long-term customer relationships in the automotive and industrial engineering sectors.

- Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and approach new customers in the Automotive, BIW, Tooling, Automation and Manufacturing sectors.
- Generate leads through online research, networking, exhibitions, references, and direct customer engagement.
- Develop business opportunities for:
- BIW Fixtures, Jigs & Tooling
- Product Design & Engineering
- Machined & Fabricated Components
- Special Purpose Machines (SPM)
- Automation & Industrial Equipment
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate with engineering teams for technical quotations.
- Follow up on enquiries, quotations, and leads and support order conversion.




- Maintain robust relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Conduct customer visits and support technical/commercial discussions.
- Candidate ProfileDiploma / BE / B.Tech in Mechanical, Automobile, Production Engineering, or related field.
- 0–3 years of experience in business development, technical sales, automotive, manufacturing, or engineering.
- Freshers with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn are welcome.
- Good communication, negotiation, presentation, and follow-up skills.
- Basic understanding of engineering drawings and manufacturing processes is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel for customer meetings.
