KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle day-to-day administrative and office-related work

• Maintain records, documents, databases and important information

• Coordinate with artists, staff, clients, vendors and management

• Manage calls, messages, follow-ups and schedules professionally

• Assist in event/show coordination and operational requirements

• Prepare basic reports, quotations, documents and official communication

• Follow up on pending tasks and ensure timely completion

• Support management in daily planning and execution

• Handle multiple responsibilities efficiently in a fast-paced workplace

• Take responsibility for assigned tasks from start to completion
