- ? Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound and outbound calls with prospective customers.
- Understand customer financial requirements and recommend suitable loan products.
- Explain product features, benefits, eligibility criteria, and processes to customers.
- Generate, qualify, and follow up on leads through telecalling.
- Effectively handle customer queries, concerns, and objections to drive conversions.
- Achieve assigned calling, lead generation, and business targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and follow-ups.




- Build strong customer relationships and ensure timely follow-up throughout the sales process.

- Mandatory: Experience in PL / BL / HL / LAP telesales.
