Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and understand their requirements, preferences, and budget.
- Assist customers at the sales counter and showcase suitable imitation jewelry designs and collections.
- Explain product features, pricing, offers, and other relevant details clearly.
- Recommend suitable products based on customer preferences, occasion, and requirements.
- Assist customers in making purchase decisions and handle their queries professionally.
- Maintain proper product display, presentation, and arrangement at the counter.
- Coordinate with the team regarding product availability and customer requirements.
- Handle imitation jewelry products carefully while showing and arranging them.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales counter and showroom area.
- Follow company guidelines, discipline, and customer service standards.
Requirements
- 12th Pass or Graduation.
- 0–2 years of relevant experience.
- Freshers with valuable communication and customer-handling skills can also apply.
- Experience in retail sales, showroom sales, or counter sales will be an advantage.
- Positive attitude and customer-focused approach.
