We are seeking a dedicated, empathetic, and detail-oriented Clinical Specialist to join our healthcare team in Vijayawada. This is a dedicated non-sales, field-based role focused on delivering end-to-end patient support, counseling, and disease management. The role involves working directly within hospital settings, conducting face-to-face and telephonic counseling, delivering structured training on managing Immune Thrombocytopenia (ITP), maintaining clinical protocols (such as transfer set changes), and tracking patient outcomes.

- Compensation: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month + ₹250 Daily Allowance (DA)
- Key ResponsibilitiesPatient Counseling & Support:
-

- Provide empathetic, face-to-face counseling sessions to patients within hospital OPDs and wards.
- Offer telephonic counseling where in-person meetings are not feasible, strictly following written patient consent procedures.
- Deliver end-to-end support to patients throughout their treatment journey to ensure comfort and compliance.
- Doctor Collaboration & Communication:
-

- Regularly meet and collaborate with attending doctors to update them on patient progress, adherence, and customized treatment plans.




- Patient Training & Education:
-

- Conduct structured patient training programs (lasting 5 days or more) specifically focused on managing ITP (Immune Thrombocytopenia).
- Organize and conduct health education initiatives to improve overall patient knowledge and self-care practices.
- Clinical & Equipment Maintenance:
-

- Oversee and ensure transfer sets are changed every 6 months for applicable patients adhering to clinical protocol.
- Follow-Up Tracking & Care Continuity:
-

- Maintain a systematic follow-up management process for continuous patient care.
- Monitor patient follow-up visits at key intervals, specifically at 0–3 months and 3–6 months post-treatment.
- Documentation & Reporting:
-

- Capture accurate patient interaction data and submit detailed reports in the specified format within agreed timeframes.
- Qualifications & Key SkillsRequired Qualification: B.Sc Nursing or Dialysis Technician Certification.
- Experience: 1–2 years of clinical, nursing, or patient counseling experience in a hospital or field environment.
- Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of hematological/immunological conditions (ITP) and clinical transfer set procedures.
- Key Attributes: Excellent communication in local language (Telugu) and English, solid interpersonal skills, high compliance mindset, and disciplined reporting habits.
