Job Responsibilities:

Install, maintain, and troubleshoot solar PV systems.

Perform electrical wiring, connections, and installation of solar panels, inverters, batteries, and related equipment.

Conduct regular inspection and preventive maintenance of solar systems.

Diagnose and resolve electrical and technical issues in solar installations.

Check system performance and ensure proper power generation.

Follow electrical safety standards and installation procedures.

Prepare basic service/maintenance reports.

Coordinate with the site supervisor and customers during installation and service visits.

Handle tools and equipment safely and maintain proper site discipline.





Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Solar Technician/Electrician.

Knowledge of solar PV systems, inverters, batteries, and electrical wiring.

Basic understanding of electrical circuits and safety procedures.

ITI/Diploma in Electrical/Electronics is preferred.

Willingness to travel to customer/site locations.

Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
