? KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Generate new business through field sales & client meetings
• Identify and develop potential clients and business opportunities
• Conduct client meetings, site visits & project discussions
• Understand customer requirements, budget & construction needs
• Present construction solutions, proposals & quotations
• Lead negotiations and drive sales closures
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Manage sales pipeline, follow-ups & CRM updates
• Coordinate with QS, Design,
Engineering & Project teams
• Achieve monthly sales targets and business growth
• Support and guide junior sales team members
? WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
✔️ 3+ years of experience in Real Estate / Construction / Field Sales
✔️ Strong client network & business development skills
