We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Territory Sales Manager (TSM) to oversee and expand sales operations within the assigned territory. The incumbent will be responsible for dealer network development, lead generation, market penetration, and the promotion of company products among key stakeholders, including dealers, contractors, masons, and builders.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and appoint new dealers and distributors to expand market presence.
- Manage and strengthen relationships with existing dealers and clients.
- Drive both primary and secondary sales to meet regional objectives.
- Conduct regular market visits to identify growth opportunities and assess competitor activity.
- Organize product demonstrations and mason meets to promote brand awareness.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and ensure adherence to business objectives.
- Oversee payment collection and resolve outstanding dues.
- Maintain accurate daily visit logs and submit comprehensive performance reports.
- Coordinate with internal departments to facilitate seamless order processing and customer support.
Requirements
- Minimum 12th Pass (Graduation preferred).
- Prior experience in Construction Chemicals, Tile Adhesives, Paints, Hardware, Sanitaryware, Cement, or related building material industries is highly desirable.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in relationship management with dealers and contractors.
- Flexibility for extensive travel within the designated territory.
- Valid driver’s license and ownership of a personal vehicle are mandatory.
- Proficiency in using smartphones, WhatsApp, and digital reporting tools.
