- 5+ years of hands-on experience in server administration and support (SI industry preferred).
- Experience with Dell, HPE, Lenovo, Cisco servers.
- Installation, configuration and troubleshooting of Windows Server (2016/2019/2022) and Linux (RHEL, CentOS, Ubuntu).
- Knowledge of server hardware (RAID, storage, firmware, BIOS, iDRAC/iLO/XClarity).
- Experience with virtualization platforms (VMware vSphere, Hyper-V, Nutanix - preferred).
- Basic knowledge of storage, backup and networking is an added advantage.
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Willingness to travel to customer locations when required.
- Positive communication and documentation skills.
