Job Opening – Counter Sales & Customer Service Executive Company: LMNR Pharma

We are hiring both Freshers and Experienced Candidates for Counter Sales & Customer Service roles. Candidates who are eager to learn, possess good communication skills, and have basic computer knowledge are encouraged to apply.

- Key Responsibilities: Handle counter sales and customer service activities.
- Assist customers with product selection and provide appropriate guidance.
- Prepare bills, invoices, and sales documents.
- Manage cash, UPI, card, and other digital payments.
- Maintain sales records and daily transaction reports.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day counter operations.
- Assist in inventory management and stock monitoring.
- Maintain a professional and customer-friendly environment.
- Eligibility: Freshers, 12th Pass or Graduate.
- Basic computer knowledge required.
- No prior experience necessary.
- Willingness to learn and grow.
- Experienced Candidates: Previous experience in retail sales, pharmacy, customer service, billing, or related fields preferred.
- Knowledge of billing software and inventory management will be an advantage.
- Robust customer-handling and communication skills.




- Fresher Training ProgramTraining Duration: 3 Months
- Stipend: ₹3,000 per month
- Working Hours: 6–10 hours per day
- Practical training on sales, billing, customer service, inventory management, and store operations.
- Confirmation & Salary: Freshers will undergo an assessment/examination after the training period.
- Salary and designation will be decided based on performance, skills, and evaluation results.
- Experienced candidates may be offered direct placement with a salary based on qualifications, experience, and interview performance.
