Catering Manager – Multi-Site Operations
Location: Pan India
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage food and catering operations at different sites.
- Ensure timely delivery and positive quality of food at all locations.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for food, beverages, and catering materials.
- Manage vendor rates, quality, delivery, and payments.
- Plan and arrange parties, events, meetings, and special functions.
- Coordinate with chefs, catering staff, and other service teams.
- Monitor food quantity, quality, hygiene, and wastage.
- Visit different sites regularly to ensure smooth operations.
- Ensure proper setup, service, and cleanup during events.
Required Skills
- Minimum 5 years of experience in catering or food service operations.
