Key Responsibilities

- Assist customers in selecting gold, gems, jewellery, watches, and accessories.
- Explain product features, designs, quality, pricing, and offers to customers.
- Handle customer queries and provide a professional in-store experience.
- Understand customer preferences and recommend suitable jewellery products.
- Stay updated with the latest jewellery designs and market trends.
- Build strong relationships with customers and support repeat business.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall store sales.

- Handle sales-related activities and maintain accurate customer information when required.

- Education: 12th Pass
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in jewellery sales or a related sales role
