Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain branch operations
- Handle gold and cash management
- Assist walk-in customers and deliver quality service
- Cross-sell other financial products
- Complete documentation for the loan process
- Handle audit management, accounts, and audit tasks
- Manage system operations and software handling
- Interest collection, Part payment release.
